Refund policy

We are dedicated to providing you with premium KEWPIE brand sauces and condiments, including classic Kewpie Mayonnaise, Spicy Mayo, Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing, Creamy Caesar Dressing, Zesty Yuzu & Kosho, and various food service and sachet packs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with refunds and returns.

1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your food and condiment items must be unused, unopened (in its original packaging), and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that for food safety and hygiene reasons, opened, consumed, or damaged food products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed product defect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@kewpieshep.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and our return address: 707 Saint Johns Rd, Baltimore, MD 21210, US.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
